Sam Windy Boy is an enrolled member of the Rocky Boy’s Chippewa Cree Tribe. He has been involved in Indian education for nearly 30 years and is currently the Cultural Elder and cultural events planner at Stone Child Tribal College in Box Elder, Montana. Among other issues, his interview addresses the Rocky Boy’s Chippewa and Cree Tribal History Project at the college.
